The house sits on a quiet residential street. It's beautifully landscaped with different types of palm trees that blow in the breeze all day long. Neighbors are quiet, yet friendly.

Lanai / Pool

The heated pool is the best place to unwind and relax. Sunbathe in total privacy or enjoy grilling some steaks, and cool drinks. It's always five o'clock at this cozy retreat!

Interior of house

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom has a King size bed, one guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, and the other guest bedroom has two twin size beds. The completely updated kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wine cooler, and a very convenient pass-thru to the lanai / pool area. You can enjoy your favorite movies in the living room, next to the electric fireplace. There is crown molding throughout the house. All bedrooms have hardwood floors, tile everywhere else.

Exterior back of house

The rear of the house has a well manicured lawn, and a beautiful white fence that gives you lots of privacy. Inside of the screened lanai you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the heated pool, or you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning listening to the chirping birds, or you can put on an apron and fire up the BBQ grill while sipping on your favorite drink. It's really up to you.
